I’m ignorant about web design. Is there any free site or software that helps me to build my commercial website. like making a word document. i don’t want to add special characters or < > :” `.. etc

From what I can assertain from your question, you want website building software that’s as easy to use as a word processor and without having to know HTML.
If you’re going to build a commercial site, you’ll need something more than free software, if you’re not wanting to do your own coding. In that case, I would highly recommed getting XSitePro2.
