My Question Is:
I’m not familiar with the particulars of Godaddy, but as long as you have a way of transferring the files to them (FTP, etc.), then there should be no problem using other software to create your website. (I use dreamweaver to create my website, and then upload them via FTP to my web hosts.)
Yes, you can, unless you’re using goDaddy’s site builder from within your control panel for your site.
